My classes incorporate a lifelong study of healing traditions and rituals as well as a career in occupational therapy treating neurologic, orthopedic, developmental, and psychiatric diagnoses across the lifespan. My holistic approach to healing pays attention to the physical body, positive psychology, and connecting to the energies of our Conscious Universe through meditation and ritual
